The Westin Galleria Houston, Houston

I was thrilled with the spacious and well-equipped room, although I didn't get the room I originally booked, and the front desk attendant was quite rude about it. The beds were big, comfy, and clean, offering a nice view of the surroundings.

I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were bright and offered stunning city views through wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows. However, it would have been even better with a vending machine for late-night snacks. The service was helpful and accommodating, but could use a beverage machine for more options. The location was convenient, away from the stadium but close enough not to rush. The dining options were a bit limited, especially for early risers like myself. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and with exceedingly comfortable beds, were quite far from the elevator, and there was a mix-up with the room reservation that led to an unpleasant interaction with the front desk staff. On the bright side, the hotel's prime location near the Australian Consulate and inside a shopping mall added convenience to my trip.
